Return and replacement

CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT AND RETURN OF GOODS ON ONLINE ORDER THROUGH THE SITE OF VERTORA LTD.

  1. The customer has the right to refuse to receive the ordered goods from him without giving any reason for his refusal by paying the courier service for delivery and return of the goods.

1.1 The customer is entitled to request replacement of an item appearing in its original order within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. In this case it is necessary to return the shipment:

The transport costs for return and exchange are borne by the customer, except in cases where:

Replacement of goods can be done within 30 days from the date of purchase!

3.1. Goods Requirements for substitution:

  • The customer must provide a purchase document.
  • The goods must be in good commercial form.
  • The goods must be with all the labels with which they were purchased.
  • The goods must be in the original packaging, which must be without any disturbance.

3.2 Replacement Options:

  • Replacement for the same item model (other color, etc.)
  • Replacement for another item of the same value or higher (as the customer pays the difference)
  • Refund of paid amount in voucher form (GIFT CARD)

4.1. When online payment of an order (payment through the site by debit/credit card or bank transfer)

  • The customer is entitled within 30 days, without compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to return the received items, and to claim repayment of the amount on the payment method with which payments have been made.

  • The customer has the right to make a replacement of the same value or higher (as the customer pays the difference).

5.1. Repayment of sums paid by card.

5.2. Repayment of sums paid by cash on delivery.
