Tips for use

1. Place the system on the floor or other hard surface, following the direction of the labels. Sit on the part of the mattress for back support, lean on your hands and slowly lie down on the pad. The correct position is when the most convex part of the therapeutic system corresponds to the most concave part of the lordosis (spine) L4-L5.

2. Place the feet on the functional footrest. The folds below the knee should be at the level of the beveled side of the pad. Grab the cervical support pillow and squeeze it in the middle, then place it under the neck. Repeat the action every 15 minutes of the therapy.

3. Place your hands at your sides, forming an angle of 30° with your body and turn your palms upwards. Hand position is extremely important. In this way, the chest and pectoral muscles are released.
